Product Description Is it normal to find liquid residue in the tank and cap of the fog machine, or did I receive a used one?

This is completely normal. The product is brand new. Our manufacturer tests each fog machine before it leaves the factory to ensure zero wait time for starting up. During this testing process, a small amount of oil is used, which can sometimes be left behind.

Will the smoke from the fog machine set off the smoke alarm?

After numerous tests, our smoke machine has not triggered any smoke alarms. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that it may trigger smoke alarms in certain environments. Therefore, it is advisable to keep the machine as far away as possible from smoke alarm sensors.

Can I use the fogger immediately upon receiving it?

Yes, you can use our fogger right away without any complex setup steps. However, please note that for shipping safety purposes, the battery is shipped at a low charge, approximately 20%. Therefore, it is recommended to recharge the battery before use.

Why does the dry ice effect leave a layer of oil on the surface?

The dry ice effect produces a high concentration of aerosols, which gradually deposit and return to a liquid state, resulting in the layer of oil on the surface.

What is the difference between the Smoke B and Smoke S?

The portable fog machine Smoke B has a power of 40W and a single use time of 18 minutes. On the other hand, the mini fog machine Smoke S has a power of 30W and a single use time of 25 minutes.
